We are looking to recruit a nursery practitioner at our day nursery in South Woodford, London E18.
Salary: £22,300 - £23,300
Role: Nursery Practitioner
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Working in our independent, family-run nursery, the ideal candidate will be loving and caring with a genuine interest in the growth and development of babies and young children, up to the age of five.
You will be able to deliver a high level of care to all of the children at the nursery and you will be able to recognise developmental milestones and keep records and observations in your role as a key person to a small group of children.
You will plan activities in line with the interests and needs of the children and will have a good knowledge of safeguarding children.
Training in first aid is preferable but not essential as this will be given, and a full DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or a suitable equivalent qualification is preferable, and experience with young children and babies is essential.
