Our son as been at Incey Winceys for 18 months now and we remain very happy with our choice of nursery for him. Their ethos is flexible, inclusive and accommodating, with no one-size-fits-all.
The staff are the right balance of relaxed, whilst taking their responsibilities seriously. Both my son's key workers have been wonderful and have worked hard to bond and build a relationship with him, showing understanding of both the importance of this and of him and his needs generally.
It feels like a happy place, where staff genuinely enjoy coming to work and we hope to send our daughter there when it is time.
